No one reads my blog

Why do I bother writing anything on this blog?

No one reads it.

It's sort of sad.

I use the "next blog" thing at the top of the page a lot. I visit all kinds of blogs but blogger likes to send me to the same blogs day after day. I get to see a whole lot of religious kook blogs and then a lot of sewing and knitting blogs. I have seen the right-wing political blogs - lots of them. I am sent in force to the blogs I would never want to see. It's as if Blogger knows who I will hate to visit and so they say to themselves... Hmmm, let's send her to read some real god-awfulshit.

I suspect that people who use the "next blog" button get to visit my blog too. They probably hate my blog and hate me too.

What a stupid waste of time this blogging really is.

Carry on madam, thought I am at your blog with just that next blog button but I find this article entry very interesting as this is where you genuinely following a blogger's instinct, i.e to write (Often vent out frustration, share the love, convey the hate etc.) and be read. You are true picture of a blogger here. In Hindi, India it is called as "Maja aa gaya".

About The Blandford Buzz said...

Actually I rather like your blog, I have a blog called The Blandford Buzz, which is powered by blogger and I don't get any comments, but I keep on blogging any way. I have been reading up on how to attract more readers and one way believe it or not, is to write less - not more - per blog post/entry as people tend to scan articles. Anyway carry on with your blog, it really is a good read.
